ISF Team

The ISF Team members complement each other and work selflessly, volunteering their time, resources, talent and expertise.

Anuradha Gupta has been closely associated with the underprivileged community and has sought avenues to voice their concerns. She has worked for development activities in the areas of health education and income generation. Her strength is reflected in the capable financial management of the organization.

Amita Kumar
has a background in Business Management and feels strongly about using her skills to give back to society. Her organizational skills have helped ISF become a professionally run outfit

Geeta Mathur
is a founder member of the Crafts Council, Andhra Pradesh, a resource person for the Shivananda Leprosy Home and has conducted adult literacy classes. She has evolved methodologies for training teachers of primary and secondary school.

Lekha Srivastava
has spent a lifetime in the education arena and has been intimately involved in the education of children from diverse backgrounds. She has been extremely active and successful in mobilizing support for their cause.

Vineeta Sinha,
Director Operations, has more than thirteen years of experience in the development sector and has worked with international NGOs in education, health, evaluated projects, developed partnerships with NGOs and government counterparts and integrated ICTs for education.

Pallavi Upadhyaya,
Program Coordinator, Girl Child Initiative. A Masters in Public Policy who is passionate about women’s issues and the girl child.

Shivani Prasad,
Assistant Program Coordinator, Girl Child Initiative. A Masters in Social Work with seven years of experience in the field of education and community mobilization

Sameen Adeeb
, Project Coordinator, Education. A dedicated social worker with five years experience in community development with focus on education and human rights.

Kanika Pandit

Project Co-ordinator, Women Empowerment.A committed environmentalist who has worked actively for the preservation of birds. Feels strongly about empowering women.

Neha Bhatia,
provides support for all ISF publications and communications.

Jogendra Bansal,
Admin Support, A dedicated worker who provides day to day support to the rest of the team.
