| Objectives: |
| - Initiate help directly and indirectly though its branches for any scheme for furtherance of child welfare in Delhi area.
- Help disseminate knowledge and educate public opinion about the scientific Child Welfare Program.
- Provide enactment and change of laws relating to matters concerning the child and to work towards the implementation of those laws.
- Provide nutritious food to poor and under privileged children in the Urban, Rural and Resettlement areas of Delhi.
- Acquire any movable and immovable property for the benefit of child welfare.
- Open Balwadis & crèches for poor children in villages as well as in the city.
- Establish contacts or connections with other Indian and Foreign organizations to acquire knowledge regarding child welfare.
- To organize Melas, Exhibitions, take out Souvenir & other literature to raise funds for the activities of the council.
